December ceremonies
5. Guest tickets
From 8 December, guest ticket information will be sent to graduands who have registered their attendance.
You will be allocated 2 guest tickets when you register for your graduation through GFP Events. Guest seating is unallocated.
Children under 2 may sit on the lap of a ticketed guest.
You will only receive this email if you have:
- completed all academic requirements of your program
- provided your verified Unique Student Identifier (USI)
- registered to attend your ceremony through GFP Events.
Extra guest tickets
Additional guest tickets are $20 each and are non-refundable.
From 8 December, any remaining guest tickets will be available to purchase.
Ticket allocations
To accommodate the confirmed graduand at the December ceremonies, the number of tickets available varies for each ceremony.
Gatton ceremonies on 11 December
- Venue: Gatton Gymnasium, Gatton campus
- Tickets available per graduate listed in the table below
There are no additional tickets available on top of the allocation for your ceremony. However, there may be a limited number of tickets available for purchase on the day at the door and if so, they will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis until capacity is reached. Alternatively, guests can watch the live stream of the ceremony.
