6. Application outcomes

You will be notified of the outcome of your OS-HELP application via your student email account.

Emails are usually sent about eight weeks after the relevant due date.

If you are successful, you must complete the items outlined in your offer email.

Please note that an OS-HELP loan can only be paid after you have submitted:

  • a completed OS-HELP loan eCAF in mySI-net
  • your Australian bank account details and travel details, and
  • any supporting documentation not submitted at the time of your application.

OS-HELP loan payments are made electronically into the Australian bank account designated by you. Please allow up to 20 working days for your payment to be processed from Student Enrichment and Employability Development team after you:

  • completed the items outlined in your offer letter
  • meet the conditions of your offer if you received a conditional offer.
