5. Due dates

Submit your application for an OS-HELP loan by:

  • 15 January for overseas study commencing March to August
  • 15 March for overseas study commencing May to October
  • 15 June for overseas study commencing August to January
  • 15 September for overseas study commencing November to April.

Late applications are not accepted.

If you're in the process of finalising your supporting documents, please still submit your online application form by the relevant due date.

You can email supporting documents to sponsored.students@uq.edu.au following the application deadline.

Loans can't be approved more than six months before the commencement of your overseas study and loans cannot be paid after the completion date of your overseas study.
