2. How much can I borrow?

In 2025, the maximum amount you can borrow is:

  • $9,893 for study in Asia
  • $8,245  for study not in Asia
  • $1,314 (supplementary amount) for Asian language study in preparation for study in Asia.*

* To be eligible for this supplementary amount, you must be applying for an OS-HELP loan for study in Asia. See the University's OS-HELP Loan Guidelines for more information.
