1. Overview

Most domestic undergraduate students are Commonwealth Supported, but a small number pay full fees.

Fee-paying domestic undergraduate students include:

  • domestic students who commenced a fee-paying program before 1 January 2009
  • domestic students who are studying in an Employer-Reserved Place
  • domestic students who trained overseas and are completing approved bridging studies
  • domestic students who advise the University they do not want a Commonwealth Supported Place
  • domestic students studying on a non-award basis, and
  • international students who gain Australian permanent residency.

If you have any questions about fees or payments, submit a question to UQ Answers, or visit a Student Centre.
