6. Accessing invoices and notices

You can access your invoices and notices via mySI-net.

Invoices will be available:

  • Semester 1 – mid-January
  • Semester 2 – mid-June
  • Summer Semester – early November.

View your invoices on mySI-net

Log in to mySI-net then go to ‘Financials’.

If you change your enrolment, allow 24 hours for an updated invoice to appear.

Please save a copy of the invoice for your records before paying.

View your FEE-HELP Commonwealth Assistance Notice

A Commonwealth Assistance Notice (CAN) will be available on mySI-net about two weeks after the relevant Census Date. You’ll receive an email to your student account when it is available.

The notice will show:

  • your enrolled program and courses
  • the tuition fee you were charged for each course
  • any upfront payments you made
  • your total FEE-HELP debt for the semester or teaching period.

You have 14 days from the date of the notice to advise us of any errors regarding your FEE-HELP loan. If you think any information on your notice is incorrect, immediately contact Student Fees:
