Accommodation in Exeter

QUEX Joint PhD students may be able to apply for accommodation within University of Exeter residences. Students can view Exeter’s accommodation webpages and contact the team for more information.

Students can also view Exeter’s webpage on 'student housing' for tips about how to look for private housing within the city and what to consider when searching. It also includes a list of some of the purpose-built residences in the city offered by larger providers. This type of accommodation is very similar to university accommodation.

Exeter recommends looking on the 'Studentpad website', where you will find advertisements for various types of housing, including lodgings and shared houses. You may also find it useful to take a look at the 'message board' where current students can advertise for accommodation needed/ housemates wanted.

Other websites to consider are:

The Exeter accommodation office is available by email: sid@exeter.ac.uk

The PGR Support Officer for your department will be able to offer advice.
