Fee schedules
Fee schedules help you estimate your total fees for the year, and how your fees are calculated may vary depending on your type of enrolment.
How to estimate your fees
If you're enrolled as a Commonwealth supported student or on a full-fee paying basis, your fees will appear as a rate per unit.
If you're enrolled as a higher degree by research student or on a study abroad program, your fees will be shown on a semester or research quarter basis.
You'll need to use your relevant year fee schedule and Programs and courses to help you calculate the total cost of your fees for each course.
Multiply the rate per unit by the unit value to calculate your total estimated cost of course, e.g. rate per unit x unit value = total cost of course.

Commonwealth supported exchange students
Fees are calculated per unit by subject area. The fees displayed are based on the total unit value of the course.
Higher degree by research students
Fees are calculated per research quarter for each enrolled quarter.
Post-2017 domestic and international students

All students
Student Services and Amenities Fee
You'll be required to pay a Student Services and Amenities Fee (SSAF) based on study load, mode and study period. A maximum annual SSAF applies.

Administrative and miscellaneous charges
You'll be charged each time an administrative or miscellaneous action is taken. The action will only be effective once you've paid the charge.
