ID cards are mandatory for all students.

Apply for your card as soon as possible so you can access rooms, buildings, facilities and exam venues.

5. Update or replace your card

To replace a lost, stolen, destroyed, or expired card, follow the same process as requesting a new ID card. 

Lost cards

Check if your ID card has been handed in to lost property before you request a new card. 

Expired ID cards 

We can't print an expired card or provide a PDF of an expired card for security reasons. If you're still a current student,  request a new ID card.  

Moving interstate or overseas 

We can provide you with a PDF version of your ID card if you move out of Queensland.
