As you approach the end of your HDR program, here's what you'll need to do to prepare to leave UQ.

Use the following information as a guide to supplement your institute or school's off-boarding process.

  1. Create a Unique Student Identifier (USI)
  2. Explore support
  3. Advise UQ staff of your departure date
  4. Check fees and fines
  5. Prepare to finalise your research
  1. Update Researcher IDs and ORCID
  2. Update file storage, email and mySI-net
  3. Return equipment and clean workspaces
  4. Prepare for graduation

Congratulations! Please consult the information on graduating from UQ and follow all steps to confirm your attendance at a future graduation ceremony.
