When you've narrowed down your list, the next step is to inspect the property (or properties). Inspecting in person will give you a sense of what condition the property is in, and help you decide whether it's the right place for you.

Even if you've done a virtual tour, it's worth arranging a physical inspection of the property before you sign any agreements.
