Your personal timetable and Learn.UQ course site will specify the exam platform and invigilation browser used to deliver your digital exam.

Prepare for your digital exam

It is your responsibility to ensure you are prepared for your digital exam. You must:

complete the on-boarding activities for the invigilation platform you will use for your exam.
- Inspera with Safe Exam Browser
- ExamSoft with Examplify (UQ Medical School students only).
review the guide for the exam platform you will use to complete your exam.
- Learn.UQ exams
- Inspera Assessment.
ensure you have suitable equipment on exam day. This may include booking an exam booth, or borrowing a laptop from the Library if you cannot use your personal laptop.

Technical issues during an exam

You must make all reasonable attempts to seek support if you experience a technical issue during your exam.

On-campus Inspera exams: Tech Assistants can provide support for unexpected issues that occur in the exam room. However, you must make all reasonable efforts to arrive at your exam prepared, including downloading and testing Safe Exam Browser on your laptop or borrowing a laptop from the Library.
All digital exams. Contact AskUs Support as soon as you become aware of a technical issue occurring.

If your problem can't be resolved during the exam, you can apply for a deferred examination. You will need to include supporting documentation, such as screenshots of the error message or issue with the time and date on your computer, and transcripts of your chat logs with AskUs.
