July ceremonies
You are required to have a USI to graduate and attend your ceremony. See USI requirements.
5. Guest tickets
From 7 July, guest ticket information will be sent to graduands who have registered their attendance.
You will be allocated 2 guest tickets when you register for your graduation through GFP Events. Guest seating is unallocated.
Children under 2 may sit on the lap of a ticketed guest.
You will only receive this email if you have:
- completed all academic requirements of your program
- provided your verified Unique Student Identifier (USI)
- registered to attend your ceremony through GFP Events.
Extra guest tickets
Additional guest tickets are $15 each and are non-refundable.
From 7 July, any remaining guest tickets will be available to purchase.
Ticket allocations
To accommodate the confirmed graduand at upcoming July graduation ceremonies, there is a variation in guest ticket availability for each ceremony.
St Lucia ceremonies from 14 to 18 July
- Venue: UQ Centre, St Lucia Campus
- Tickets available per graduate as listed below
There may be a limited number of tickets available for purchase on the day at the door and if so, they will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis until capacity is reached. Alternatively, guests can also watch the live stream.
For additional tickets on top of the allocation for your ceremony, contact GFP Graduations.
