July ceremonies
You are required to have a USI to graduate and attend your ceremony, see USI requirements.
5. Guest tickets
From 1 July, guest ticket information will be sent to graduates who have registered their attendance.
You will be allocated 2 guest tickets when you register for your graduation through GFP Events. Guest seating is unallocated.
Children under 2 may sit on the lap of a ticketed guest.
You will only receive this email if you have:
- completed all academic requirements of your program
- provided your verified Unique Student Identifier (USI)
- registered to attend your ceremony through GFP Events.
Extra guest tickets
Additional guest tickets are $15 each and are non-refundable. Tickets will be released in two stages to ensure equity and access for all graduands and their guests.
First ticket release
From 1-5 July, graduands will be notified by email how many additional guest tickets are available to purchase through GFP Events.
Please see below the number of extra guest tickets available to purchase in the first ticket release. To accommodate the confirmed graduand and guest attendance at upcoming July graduation ceremonies, there is a variation in guest ticket availability for each ceremony.
