July ceremonies
You are required to have a USI to graduate and attend your ceremony. See USI requirements.
5. Guest tickets
From 6 July, guest ticket allocations will be visible to graduands in the GFP portal.
You will be allocated 2 guest tickets when you register for your graduation through GFP Events.
Guest seating is unallocated.
Children under 2 may sit on the lap of a ticketed guest. If you are graduating and your child attends the ceremony, they will need to sit with a carer for the duration of the ceremony. Carers can enter and exit the venue with children as needed.
Extra guest tickets
For ceremonies taking place at St Lucia from 13 to 17 July 2026, the number of guest tickets available will vary depending on the number of graduands at each ceremony.
The number of extra guest tickets available for each ceremony is shown in the table below.

Additional tickets on top of this allocation can be requested by contacting GFP Graduations.
Additional guest tickets are $20 each and are non-refundable.
Tickets are not transferrable – you can't order tickets and then give them to a friend to use for their guests.
Additional tickets may be available on the day at the door. These will be sold on a first come, first served basis until capacity is reached. A livestream will also be available.
