6. Online invoices

Online invoices are available via 'Financials' in mySI-net from:

  • Semester 1: mid-January
  • Semester 2: mid-June
  • Summer Semester: early November.

If you change your enrolment, please wait 24 hours for an updated invoice to appear.

Please save a copy of the invoice for your records before making a payment.

FEE-HELP Commonwealth Assistance Notice

Commonwealth Assistance Notice (CAN) is viewable in mySI-net about two weeks after the relevant Census Date.

You will receive an email to your student account when the CAN is available.

The CAN will set out:

  • your enrolled program and courses,
  • the tuition fee charged for each course,
  • any upfront payments you have made, and
  • your total FEE-HELP debt for the semester (or teaching period).

You have 14 days from the date of the CAN to advise us of any errors regarding your FEE-HELP loan.
