July ceremonies

From 04 July 2023, guest ticket information will be sent to graduates who have registered their attendance.

You will only receive this email if you have: 

• completed all academic requirements of your program
• provided your verified Unique Student Identifier (USI)
• registered to attend your ceremony.

The University of Queensland is not responsible for any inconvenience or costs that may be incurred in failing to complete your USI requirement.

The number of guest tickets allocated for each ceremony depends on the number of graduates attending and the capacity of the venue.

All tickets are free of charge and seating is unallocated. Please note that children under 2 may sit on the lap of a ticketed guest.

Graduates and guests who are currently experiencing a cough, fever, sore throat, fatigue or shortness of breath should not attend the ceremony. Friends and family who are unable to attend in person can still watch your ceremony via live stream on their own device.
