If you have submitted your thesis for examination via UQ eSpace please read this document for information on how your examination will progress.

3. UQRDM upload

Read the UQRDM Thesis Submission Guide before you upload your thesis to UQRDM.

You will need to upload your thesis to UQRDM more than once during the thesis submission and examination process.

Most students can expect to upload their thesis to UQRDM three times:

  1. Upload #1– Thesis submitted for examination
  2. Upload #2 – After completing any corrections requested by examiners
  3. Upload #3 – Final upload for the award of your degree.

When you have completed the upload process, you will receive an automated confirmation email from UQRDM. Your principal advisor will then be invited to endorse your thesis for examination by completing their step in the process in UQRDM.

It is important to upload your thesis to UQRDM prior to the end of the research quarter in which it is due, to ensure any submission problems can be rectified before you become fee liable.

If you have problems uploading your thesis after reviewing the guide, please contact the Graduate School.
