Student finances

Fees and payments

Once you've enrolled in courses, it takes 24 hours for fees to display in mySI-net. If you’ve waited the required length of time, go to 'Financial' to see how much you owe and to view your invoice.

Important dates

When it comes to student fees, there are two important dates to be aware of:

  • 1. Due date for the payment of fees. All fees, including course fees and the Student Services and Amenities Fee have to be paid by this date. Go to 'Financial' in mySI-net to see due dates.
  • 2. Census Date. Course fees are non-refundable and you can't enrol in courses after Census Date, unless there are extraordinary or exceptional circumstances.

To check the Census Date for each of your courses, go to 'Courses' in mySI-net. The Census Date is displayed in the first row of each course summary table.

To view an invoice, go to 'Financial' in mySI-net, then choose 'Invoice' from the left-hand side menu.
