We provide on-call technical support to students and staff using audiovisual systems in centrally controlled UQ teaching spaces across multiple campuses.

If you have a non-urgent request, submit an IT request for all campuses and sites.

Support hours

This service is available:

  • Teaching periods: 7am–9pm weekdays
  • Non-teaching periods: 7am–5pm weekdays

Additional staff support

Staff in organisational units covered under a service level agreement with ITS can also access free on-call support for audiovisual systems in rooms managed by their area.

If your area is not covered under a service level agreement, we can provide on-call support but you will be charged for this service.
