We provide on-call technical support to students and staff using audiovisual systems in centrally controlled UQ teaching spaces. This service is available on weekdays during set hours.

If you need immediate help, contact the on-call support team at your location.

Staff in organisational units covered under a service level agreement with ITS can also access free on-call support for audiovisual systems in rooms managed by their area. If your area is not covered under a service level agreement, we can provide on-call support but you will be charged for this service.

If you have a non-urgent request, submit an IT request for all campuses and sites.
