Provide your Unique Student Identifier to UQ
Notification Date:
Monday 18 November 2024–Friday 29 November 2024
The Australian Government Department of Education requires that all students have a Unique Student Identifier (USI) and provide it to UQ.
If you have not yet provided your USI or your USI could not be verified by UQ, you will not be able to see your grades, enrol in courses, or graduate and receive your award.
- If you do not have a USI, please create a USI and submit it to UQ via the process below as soon as possible.
- Log into your mySI-net account using your student credentials.
- Go to 'Personal Details'.
- Go to 'Unique Student Identifier'.
- Enter your USI and save.
- If you have created a USI but forgotten it, you can retrieve it by visiting find your USI and submitting it to UQ.
To ensure your USI can be verified by UQ, it is important your name and date of birth used to apply for your USI match your UQ student record.
Please read more about the Unique Student Identifier requirements on the USI Registry or contact the Student Central team on 1300 275 870.
