Who should attend

This required session is designed for all students commencing in the Bachelor of Dental Science (Honours) and Doctor of Dental Medicine program in Sem 1, 2026.

What's involved

You will have the opportunity to:

Meet other new students
Hear from key staff like the Head of School, School Teaching & Learning Director, and the Program Convenor
Learn about Student Services and what supports are available
Be introduced to the Australian Dental Association (QLD Branch) (ADAQ)
Receive a school tour
Connect with the University of Queensland Dental Students’ Association

Lunch will also be provided.
