•    University of Virginia (USA)
•    UQ students intending on studying abroad

What's involved

This is a mandatory session. This event will provide you with the opportunity to: 
•    Gain important information about your placements, learning activities, courses (subjects), and supports available at UQ.
•    Ask questions
•    Meet fellow students
•    Engage with your teachers

About Health, Medicine and Behavioural Sciences orientation

Orientation is a program of activities designed to introduce you to live and study at UQ.

To ensure you have the information and tools you need to succeed at UQ, you should attend:

  • a faculty orientation session
  • all program (degree) information sessions that are relevant to your studies
  • a placements information session if you'll need to complete placements as part of your program.
