3. Studying courses outside your program requirements

Sometimes students want to study courses that are unrelated to their program.

In these circumstances, you will have to enrol as a full-fee-paying student, even if you're a Commonwealth Supported student.

The Australian Government has placed strict limits on students studying courses that go beyond a program's requirements.

We are not legally allowed to enrol you as a Commonwealth Supported student in courses that fall outside your program requirements.

You should contact an advisor in your faculty before enrolling in any course that is nonessential to your program's requirements.
