As humans, we are hardwired for connection to each other but in this age of social media, and endless content to consume, Netflix to watch and games to distract ourselves, real connection is easy to avoid. This group offers a safe space to pause, decompress, and connect.  We all have an innate ability to be present, composed, and mindful as we face the challenges of our busy lives.

That’s the essence of mindfulness. With some practical guidance and training, mindfulness can develop into a way of life that brings greater focus and effectiveness as well as more kindness and care in everything we do.

This group is open to all who seek to practice and bring small mindful changes to the daily routine.
