Join us for a required orientation session where we will welcome you to the School of Nursing, Midwifery, and Social Work.

This session is designed for students commencing the Bachelor of Social Work.

This event will provide you with the opportunity to:

Gain important information about your program (degree), courses (subjects), and supports available at UQ.
Ask questions
Meet fellow students
Engage with your teachers

Orientation is a program of activities designed to introduce you to live and study at UQ.

To ensure you have the information and tools you need to succeed at UQ, you should attend:

a faculty orientation session
all program (degree) information sessions that are relevant to your studies
a placements information session if you'll need to complete placements as part of your program.
