What did we find?

We are currently analysing the data and reporting the results to UQ units such as faculties, schools and Student Services.

Early results indicate that:

  • 92 per cent of respondents rate the quality of our digital provision (software, hardware, learning environment) as good or above.
  • 81 per cent of respondents agree that UQ supports them to use their own digital devices.
  • 84 per cent of respondents can access reliable wifi whenever they need it.

When asked about devices that respondents personally owned and used for learning:

  • 95 per cent indicated they used a laptop, and
  • 99 per cent used either a laptop, tablet or smartphone.

The aggregated results of the survey will now be used to compare UQ to other universities in Australia and internationally. The results will assist with future planning and help to improve your digital experience at UQ.
