Sharper Minds

Improve your academic success, enhance your wellbeing and support your peers with Sharper Minds

It's common to feel stressed about the first few months of university, and it can be difficult to find free support that fits in with your work and study schedules. Success at uni is about more than just grades and you can't achieve your best results if you're not looking after your mental and physical health too.

Created by UQ students for students, Sharper Minds is has been offering free, simple and effective wellbeing resources since 2019. Learn how to support your self as well as your friends-- all it takes is a small investment of your time to make big improvements in your day to day life.

Improve your mental and physical wellbeing with Sharper Minds' six targeted self-care habits:

  • study

  • mood

  • physical activity

  • healthy eating

  • sleep

  • social connection

Each self-care habit of the package comes in two formats:
  1. Self-paced online modules lasting 15-20 minutes, available any time throughout the year.
