2025 changes to Student Services and Amenities Fee (SSAF)

From 1 January 2025, SSAF will be charged at $30 per enrolled unit, with an annual limit of $365. Once the annual limit is reached, no additional SSAF will be charged until 2026.

This fee applies equally to all students regardless of study mode, including undergraduate, postgraduate, and HDR students, though some exemptions may apply.  

SSAF may be charged during any study period, including: 

• Semesters (1, 2, and Summer) 
• Teaching Periods (2-8) 
• Research Quarters (1-4).
