Bachelor degree/equivalent in same discipline with a GPA of at least 4.5; or
Bachelor degree/equivalent with a GPA of at least 4.5 and 3 yrs full-time work experience in the same discipline; or
Graduate Certificate in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from UQ or equivalent with a GPA of at least 4.5; OR the Corporate Innovation MicroMasters credential with at least 65% in the Corporate Innovation Capstone Assessment and have completed at least 3 yrs full-time relevant work experience.
Same discipline is a Bachelor degree specialising in at least one of the following areas:

Why study the Master of Entrepreneurship and Innovation?
The Master of Entrepreneurship and Innovation is a 1.5 year degree for students seeking to improve their understanding of entrepreneurship and innovation in modern business, thereby improving business productivity, economic growth and global competitiveness. The program will provide students with the skills to encourage innovation and entrepreneurship within their organisation, be it a corporation, a start-up, a research organisation or in the public sector.
The program undertakes an interdisciplinary approach that utilises UQ's leading position in sciences and the commercialisation of those sciences, and allows for students to learn how to manage new ideas to maximise growth impact within a specialist field of study.

Program rules for the Master of Entrepreneurship and Innovation
To complete the Master of Entrepreneurship and Innovation
To fulfil the requirements of the Master of Entrepreneurship and Innovation, a student must complete the requisite number of courses chosen from the course list in accordance with the Program Rules.
A student is required to obtain 24 units from the MEI List comprising -
- 8 units from Part A; and
- 8 units from Part B; which may comprise a field of study; and
- 4 units from Part C; and
- 4 units from Part B, C or D or other courses approved by the executive dean.
