Why study the Bachelors of Science/Laws (Honours)?
Bachelor of Science students are able to make flexible choices from a broad based set of courses in their first year which lay the foundation for access to a specialised major by their third year. The Bachelor of Law degree includes a core of prescribed courses and a range of electives. Compulsory areas include contracts, torts, criminal law, equity and property.

Program rules for the Bachelors of Science/Laws (Honours)
To complete the Bachelors of Science/Laws (Honours)
To fulfil the requirements of the Bachelors of Science/Laws (Honours), a student must complete the requisite number of courses chosen from the course list in accordance with the Program Rules.
A student must complete 88 units in total, including:
1. 56 units from the LLB(Hons) course list, comprising:
- 40 units of compulsory courses from part A; and
- 16 units of elective courses from part B.
2. 32 units from the BSc course list, comprising:
- 6 units from part A;
- 14 units from part B; and
- 12 units from part A or part B or a combination of both.
