Course description
This course takes students through the steps in a research project: problem definition, current state of knowledge, critical appraisal of studies and evidence, study design, variables and their measurement, ethical considerations, operational issues and report writing. For students who intend to enrol in a Dissertation (#8 units of research) or a Project (#4 units of research) as part of their program, please note the following: PUBH7610 may prepare you for a Dissertation or a Project, but does not give automatic approval to enrol in either.
