Course description

This course will prepare students for national and international professional midwifery practice focusing on woman centred care. Students will critically analyse woman centred care and the role of midwives in supporting women in their childbearing choices. Further analysis will include the impact of the midwifery partnership as well as collaborative practice on outcomes for mothers, babies, and midwives.
