Course description
This course covers occupational health, safety and wellness in the rural context and how these impact on the health and well-being of people living in rural and remote communities. In addition, this course will cover elements of rural mental health delivery, an introduction to retrieval medicine, and oral health issues in Rural Australia. This course may not be offered if enrolment is less than 10 students. Field trips (where possible) will supplement student learning in agricultural health and retrieval medicine.
