Course description
The Critical Care placement is conducted by the Disciplines of Anaesthesiology and Critical Care. Students will gain an understanding of critical care and practical skills required in the immediate management of the critically ill or deteriorating patient. Students will draw upon their experience and skills attained in this course during postgraduate internship. The practical component and delivery of the course is conducted in anaesthesia, intensive care and emergency departments.
