Course description

This course is an introduction to contemporary Latin American literature. Its aim is to familiarize students with the cannon of Latin American fiction and non-fiction. The course will focus on the works of major novelists, poets and essayists that this part of the world has produced. The course will be delivered in English using texts in English translation.
