Course description

This capstone course brings the Master of Leadership in Service Innovation together by requiring learners to plan and implement a real service innovation. The course will focus on strategy development and implementation at senior management levels where major decisions are usually made. Learners will need to think strategically to implement creative and innovative solutions. To do this successfully, learners will use the skills gained throughout the program and will be required to critically reflect on the implications and impact of their learning.
