Course description
Innovation is executing new ideas to create value. While we often think of innovation as creating new products based on research and development, it is clear that finding new ways to create value for people is an essential leadership task in service settings as well. This course looks at the fundamentals of innovation management from the perspective of service-based organisations. This will include service design from the users' perspective, building innovation management processes, and the discovery, design and validation of innovative service business models.
