Why study the Masters of International Commercial Law / Commerce?
This dual Masters program allows students to integrate their commerce related disciplinary knowledge with the theory and practice of commercial law to develop an understanding of how the law shapes international commercial interactions of all kinds. In addition to their chosen field of study in commerce students are introduced to private law and public law and then study a range of commercially related law courses specifically developed for students interested in the world of commerce.

To complete the Masters of International Commercial Law / Commerce
To graduate with a Masters of International Commercial Law / Commerce a student must have successfully completed all requirements of the program as certified by the Executive Dean. This includes courses to be taken to complete the program and any other specific conditions of the program including admission, enrolment and progression requirements.
