Relevant professional work experience (supported by references) may be work (in roles such as development project management, aid administration, humanitarian assistance, management, technical assistance) in aid organisations (NGOs, government, for-profits, community based organisations, philanthropy); the private sector (mining, corporate and social responsibility); national governments (low, medium and high-income countries) or developing communities.

Why study the Master of Leadership in Global Development?
The Master of Leadership in Global Development is an innovative multi-disciplinary program designed to train the next generation of leaders in global development. This series will enable you to gain the professional skills to lead the most challenging and complex development projects in local and international settings. The program will bring together mid-career professionals from across government, NGOs and the private sector as well as from low, middle and high income countries. Graduates will learn how to successfully navigate the space between different sectors, to be adaptive thought leaders, bringing new ideas and approaches to complex problems. Drawing on practical knowledge and strong technical management skills this program will train you to be an innovator who is strategically agile in collaborating and synthesising across sectors and organisations. This Program also offers an innovative MicroMasters entry pathway that is a flexible and cost effective way to transition into this Master's Program.

To fulfil the requirements of the Master of Leadership in Global Development, a student must complete the requisite number of courses chosen from the course list in accordance with the Program Rules.
