Why study the Graduate Diploma in Nursing?
The Graduate Diploma in Nursing is specifically designed for graduates of any Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent degree to enable them to extend their nursing knowledge and skills in a specialist setting. As with the Graduate Certificate in Nursing and Master of Nursing, students will be able to select from six fields of study for specialisation or use the generic Advanced Practice Nursing field tailored to suit the specialist practice setting of the student. The Advanced Practice Nursing field of study is offered internally only to domestic students.

There are 16 units of study in the Graduate Diploma consisting of the courses that make up the Graduate Certificate, two core courses, four field-specific courses and two elective courses.
