Why study the Graduate Certificate in Nursing?
This program is ideal for registered nurses who do not currently hold a Bachelor of Nursing. It also allows students to gain a sense of the requirements for postgraduate study without making a commitment to a Masters degree, and enable others to exit the Masters program after one semester of study (full time equivalent) with a qualification.
Once successfully completed, students will be eligible to enrol in the Master of Advanced Nursing or the Master of Nurse Practitioner Studies programs.

To complete the Graduate Certificate in Nursing
To fulfil the requirements of the Graduate Certificate in Nursing, a student must complete the requisite number of courses chosen from the course list in accordance with the Program Rules.
A student is required to obtain #8 from the GCN course list. Refer to the GCN program rules for further information.
