Why study the Bachelors of Business Management/Journalism?
By combining two areas of study in the dual degree program, students will gain skills and understanding in business management, along with the skills and knowledge provided by the Bachelor of Journalism.
When this program is studied at a standard load of four courses per semester, the final semester will comprise part-time study of only two courses. Students may decide to overload in previous semesters or undertake study in a summer semester to reduce the total duration of the program.

Program rules for the Bachelors of Business Management/Journalism
To complete the Bachelors of Business Management/Journalism
To fulfil the requirements of the Bachelors of Business Management/Journalism, a student must complete the requisite number of courses chosen from the course list in accordance with the Program Rules.
A student is required to obtain #68 comprising -
- #36 from the BBusMan List including -
- (i) #24 of compulsory courses from Group 1; and
- (ii) #12 from one major in Group 2 (#6 must be at level 3); or
- (iii) #12 of elective courses from Group 3 (#6 must be at level 3, and only #2 may be at level 1); and
- #32 from the BJ List including -
- (i) #16 from Group 1; and
- (ii) #16 from Group 2.
