A Bachelor of Midwifery from this institution with a GPA of 5. Or an approved degree and satisfy the Executive Dean that the applicant is suitably qualified to undertake honours, who may be subject to the completion of additional work if set by the Executive Dean.

Why study the Bachelor of Midwifery (Honours)?

This program has been designed to enhance skills and learning gained from completing a Bachelor of Midwifery. It is an ideal program for a qualified midwife who wishes to build their research capacity, upgrade their qualification, maintain currency in their clinical practice or expand their career path opportunities.

This program is research based and allows students the flexibility to either undertake a research specific question which they have developed or contribute to an existing research project.

To complete the Bachelor of Midwifery (Honours)

To graduate with a Bachelor of Midwifery (Honours) a student must have successfully completed all requirements of the program as certified by the Executive Dean. This includes courses to be taken to complete the program and any other specific conditions of the program including admission, enrolment and progression requirements.
