Additional application information
- Only students who already have a place in the LLB can commence in the BEnvMan/LLB dual degree in semester two.
- Sixth & seventh years of the dual program are intended to be done at the same time as students do articles. Articles would be undertaken in a firm specialising in environmental law. Assessment involves work and a project report. These courses are compulsory requirements of the BEnvMan.
- Limit of 3's for pre-2006 students - #6 for BEnvMan courses, #8 for LLB courses.

Why study the Bachelor of Environmental Management/B Laws?
The aim of the Bachelor of Environmental Management/Laws program is to produce graduates who are able to pursue careers as legal professionals within an environmental context. The dual degree is only available to students enrolled in the Bachelor of Environmental Management plan of Sustainable Development.

Program rules for the Bachelor of Environmental Management/B Laws
To complete the Bachelor of Environmental Management/B Laws
To fulfil the requirements of the Bachelor of Environmental Management/B Laws, a student must complete the requisite number of courses chosen from the course list in accordance with the Program Rules.
A student is required to obtain #104 comprising -
- #48 from Part A of the BEnvMan List for the chosen field; and
- #56 from the LLB List including -
- (i) #38 of compulsory courses from Part A; and
- (ii) #18 of elective courses from Parts B and/or C.
