This is a four semester program, consisting of 12 x #2 courses and a dissertation worth #8. This is an intensive program, designed so that graduates with minimal or no previous study of Linguistics can build sufficient knowledge and skills in the field, that, on completion of the program they will be in a position to apply for enrolment in the MPhil or PhD. Note: students must take this program if they intend to apply for the research higher degree programs of MPhil or PhD.
