Course description
This course is designed to introduce students to the psychology of people in leisure and tourism environments. It will provide students with an understanding of how leisure and tourism behaviour is shaped and influenced by a wide variety of internal and external stimuli and how and why behaviour changes over time and space. The course will also allow student to gain an understanding of what motivates people to engage in tourist and leisure experiences, and the constraints that restrict people¿s behaviour and the decision-making process.
