Course description

Introduction to the development, planning and management of social and community programs. Includes analysis of assessing service needs, developing community support, determining goals and program design, program marketing, delivery and evaluation strategies. Key themes are the development of human services that are client-centred and that meet high quality standards. Course will only be offered if enrolments exceed 15 students.
