Regression models. Transformations, diagnostics, residual analysis. Anova. Influence, leverage, outliers. Serial correlation & heteroscedascity. Model selection. Nonlinear & nonparametric regression. Box-Cox transformations. Modern graphics. Generalised linear models, logistic & Poisson regression. Ordinal regression. Overdispersion. Quasi-liklihood. Exploratory data analysis. Report writing. Statistical packages, S-Plus.
