Course description
This rotation enables the students to develop further knowledge and skills in an area of clinical medicine in which they have a particular interest. Students may elect to gain additional experience in an area covered in required rotations, or select a subspecialty. Each elective rotation selection must be approved by the clinical coordinator. The objective of this rotation is to allow students to explore career possibilities, as well as further the development of their communication, clinical, and professional skills through the expansion of knowledge beyond the core medical curriculum content.
