Course description
This course will introduce the student to the field of chronic disease management and palliative care, from both international and national perspectives. The focus in on gaining knowledge of the principles and models of care in this field of study. The course prepares students for the practice of advanced nursing in the field of chronic disease management and palliative care, and lays the foundation for further study in this field.
